A company is only as strong as the people behind it – and our people make up the strongest team you’ll ever find. We personally hire and train each staff member, ensuring they meet the exacting standards we’ve set for Blueray excellence.
As a licensed American Red Cross (ARC) training provider, our thorough in-house instruction requires each of our employees to stay current on ARC standards, and they’re also taught general commercial pool maintenance, including basic water chemistry skills and cleaning. This way, our team can expertly assess the water and address any concerns immediately. It’s just one of the many ways we maintain a safe pool environment, and also a competitive advantage that separates us from all other aquatics service providers in the industry.
Above all, safety is our top priority, so when you hire Blueray, you get the unwavering promise of extraordinary service, unparalleled skills and a safe environment. In fact, it’s our emphasis on community, compassion and quality that have allowed us to maintain our status as an industry-leading provider of aquatic services in Southern California.
Along with being an authorized service provider with the American Red Cross, we’re also a California C-53 Swimming Pool Builder, the highest classification you can obtain for a swimming pool construction company. With more than 30 years in business, our expert team members have seen it all. That’s why when it comes to aquatics, we can handle everything and do anything. And we’d love the opportunity to share our aquatics expertise with you.
