What to bring to Class

  • Swim shorts for boys.
  • One piece swimsuit for girls.
  • Swim cap (only if hair is long enough to cover the swimmers eyes)
  • Towel.
  • Goggles.
  • Flip flops.
  • Apply sunblock 15 minutes before class. (if applicable)

  • What is the check-in process?

    Blueray staff will designate a meeting area before practice , take roll and guide students to their swim lesson area

  • Can my child get dressed in the locker room / bathroom?

    Due to covid-19 protocol, all participants must enter/exit the pool deck with their bathing suit on.

  • Can my child wear a rashguard?

    Rashguards or full length swim suits are not allowed for swim lessons. Boys must wear swim shorts. Girls must wear a one-piece swimsuit.

  • Does my child need to wear a swim cap?

    Girls & boys with hair long enough to cover their eyes have to wear a swim cap.

  • Can I watch my child from the pool deck?

    Due to Covid-19, spectators are not allowed onto the pool deck. There are viewing areas near the swim lesson areas.

  • What is the bathroom policy?

    Bathrooms are available for participants and staff only, no changing is allowed in the bathrooms. The parks have public bathrooms available for non-participants and spectators.

  • Is practice canceled during inclement weather?

    Practice and events are only canceled when there is extreme wind, thunder or lightning in the immediate area. Practice will be held in rain or shine conditions.

  • My child can't make practice, can a refund or credit be provided?

    Refunds or credits will only be issued if a doctor's note is provided.

  • How do I request a refund or credit?
